Traveling from Highway 101, you may take the Mission Street Exit, travel east on Mission Street for approximately just over 1 mile, turn right on State Street, then turn left on Arrellaga and travel 2 blocks. The Family Therapy Institute will be on your left.

Traveling from the North, take Highway 101 South. Turn left on the Mission Street Exit and travel under the freeway. Turn right on Castillo Street and then turn left on Victoria Street.

1851 Shell Beach Road,
Shell Beach, CA 93449

Traveling from the North take Highway 101 to Shell Beach/Spyglass Road exit and make a left onto Shell Beach Road. If you are coming from the South, take the Shell Beach/Mattie Road Exit and make a right onto Shell Beach Road. After a few blocks, look for our building next to Central Coast Kayaks. We are located upstairs.
