Debra's expertise lies in the area of the health and fitness including education, consulting,
training, management, program development and promotion. She is both the creator and
facilitator of a nine - month program called Life Skills at New Beginning Counseling Center in
Santa Barbara. She also taught a twelve week lecture series to incoming freshman at Long Beach state
entitled "Successful Integration of Sports and Academia." Her prevention and
early intervention training was acquired with the Central Coast Outpatient Program and the Family
Service Agency. Debra's passion lies in working with athletes suffering form exercise addiction and
eating disorders.
